Summer Weekly Rental
Cottage by the Bay
This is the perfect place to be if you want to spend the week with a few friends or family out on the ocean fishing, and a short walk “home” to enjoy a relaxing evening on the back deck overlooking the marsh at sunset while grilling the days catch for dinner…. And yet there is SO much more to do.
Within short walking distance… of course, the charter / party fishing boats. The Fireworks cruises every Wednesday in July & August from 7pm to 10pm are included in your vacation rental.
If you would like to bring your own boat by trailer, the Seabrook Town Launch & Dock are right across the street. There is no extended dockage, so boat would need to be trailered when not in use, and parked at the cottage. The town dock does allow a 30 minute tie up. This is a huge bonus as there is virtually no parking for boat trailers in this area.

Read on for "all the more" there is to enjoy...
Capt Don’s Lobster Pound – on site where you can buy lobster and steamer clams. They’ll even steam the lobster (for a small fee) for you to take back to the cottage.
Tuna Striker Pub & Grill – just across the street will rival even the best of Boston’s gourmet restaurants for food & drink. Very popular with our “locals”, it’s a great place to sit back & ‘chill’ right on the harbor watching the sunset.
Right around the corner, 2 convenience stores… 2 breakfast restaurants (or right at the dock on the deck if you’re an early riser from 5am to 8am)… A scooter rental place if you want to take a “ride around town”… 2 beach areas – one right in the harbor, or a ½ mile walk (sounds far, but isn’t really) to the residential area ocean front beach. Both great places to spend the day or an evening walk!
The Hampton Beach area ‘south end’ is 1 mile to the other side of the bridge (By the Ocean Wok Chinese Restaurant & the Hampton State Park). Bring a bike & it’s a short ride.
Beyond that, there are the beautiful cities of Portsmouth, NH to the north or Newburyport, MA to the south. A day trip to Boston is about an hour away. Last but not least, the White Mountain area is close enough for a wonderful day trip… AND you know you have a place to park when you get “home”. Believe me, by the end of the week, you won’t want to leave.
Available weeks beginning April 27 thru October 26. Just a note: September offers quieter beach strolling with the summer ‘tourist season’ at its end, and October is the best of both worlds with “Leaf Peeking” season in the White Mountains, as well as our local orchard’s open for “pick your own fresh from the tree” apples.
